As well as our first-rate Management offerings, our sister company Southdown Surveyors can be instructed to provide professional advice in relation to your building’s maintenance and refurbishments.
Southdown Surveyors are a Chartered Building Surveying practise, highly experienced and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Most Leases will specify how often a Freeholder should carry out redecoration and repairs to their buildings. Our managed clients benefit from discounted fees for Project Management and Contract Administration as well as surveying visits throughout the year to offer maintenance advice on your property.
