What Are My Property Management Fees?

Our bespoke management packages are what make Southdown Estates unique. Tailor-made to the individual needs of the client and the property, we strongly believe that pricing for your block or property cannot be computed from a formula or spreadsheet. Similarly, it cannot be calculated based purely on its size or the number of residents. Our approach begins with a visit to you, taking the time to learn about the property and understanding your needs - this enables us to provide a thorough and accurate quote based on the level of service we feel your property requires.

Within your proposal we will quote an annual fee which can be adjusted by the property Freeholder or Directors to include additional services (or even to request a reduction of services). Variables include: the number of site inspections from your Property Manager annually, the number of Building Surveyor visits per year, the number of client meetings, AGM's or financial meetings your Property Manager would attend.
